1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The B-Side Comics ("we," "our," or "us") regarding your access to and use of our website at thebsidecomics.com (the "Site"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, comic artwork, logos, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by The B-Side Comics, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The B-Side Comics name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of The B-Side Comics or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

All comic artwork, character designs, story concepts, and related creative materials displayed on the Site are the exclusive property of The B-Side Comics and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without express written permission.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Site or any server, computer, or database connected to the Site.

• To attempt to circumvent any content-protection measures on the Site, including downloading or copying comic artwork, cover images, or other visual content without authorization.
• To introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

4. User Submissions

The Site may allow you to submit information, including through our contact form or email signup. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to your submissions and that your submissions do not violate the rights of any third party.

5. Donations and Support

The Site provides links to third-party payment processors (such as PayPal) to facilitate voluntary donations and support for The B-Side Comics project. All transactions are processed directly by the third-party provider and are subject to their terms of service and privacy policy.

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any donation at our discretion.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
