THE STORY
History, Espionage, and Courage
Set in 1942, Josephine Baker: Super Spy follows one of history's most extraordinary women as she leads a secret international network of undercover operatives. By day she is a global entertainer. By night she is a spy fighting to liberate Europe from Nazi occupation.
The first issue opens with a pirate attack on the way to Casablanca, a warlord holding nearly 200 French prisoners, and a mission that falls apart before it begins. Josephine must improvise a daring rescue behind enemy lines, proving that courage can be as powerful as any weapon.
